Blue Named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky for 12th Year

UPDATED 6/16/23: Blue & Co. is excited to share that we have been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky for the twelfth year!

Winning the Best Places to Work in Kentucky award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our leaders who create an environment that values and supports our employees.

Employees from our Kentucky offices came together on June 8, 2023, for the Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony. Blue ranked 6th in the Medium Company category.

Pictured on the right is Amanda Dennison and Laura Farris. Both Dennison and Farris began working at Blue in 2012 as  a part of the administrative team in our Lexington office. They became best friends, supported each other as they went back to school, and are now managers within the firm.  

"[Because of our history], it was special for us to be together at this dinner," said Farris, "It was wonderful to see Blue get #6 in the medium category since Blue has been our favorite place to work for over a decade."

We look forward to continuing to build on our successes in the years to come.
