    Our parental leave policy offers up to eight weeks of paid leave to the primary caregiver for childbirth or adoption, with secondary caregivers eligible for two weeks of paid leave.

  • Personnel Savings Account

    Every employee can contribute to the firm's Employee Savings Plan, offering an interest rate that is equal to or higher than the current rate for six-month Money Market Certificates of Deposit (CDs).

  • Retirement Plan

    New employees are eligible to join the firm's 401(k) plan from day one. We offer both pre-tax and Roth saving options with a discretionary match, allowing employees to tailor their retirement savings strategy to their individual financial goals and needs. 

  • Technology Savings Opportunities

    We offer a 100% interest-free computer and tablet loan program for employees who have been with us for at least six months. Additionally, we have established corporate discount plans with major cellphone carriers.

  • Employee Referral Bonus Program

    We reward employees for referring qualified candidates who are hired and stay with the firm for at least 90 days with a generous bonus.

  • Employee Discount Program

    We offer our employees discounts on travel, shopping, entertainment, and more through the Working Advantage platform. 

Education & Professional Development Benefits

    We provide financial assistance for the CPA exam and prep courses, as well as bonuses, for those who pass the exam while with our firm.

  • Professional Development

    We provide award-winning, in-house professional development to provide mentorship, on-the-job coaching, leadership training, and more.

  • Tuition Reimbursement

    To encourage professional development, the firm offers to cover half of tuition costs for employees pursuing job-related courses or degrees. Upon completion, those who stay with Blue for five years receive the remaining half.
